- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would not return, reception staff have no idea of price or billing, often quoting the incorrect amount for medicare rebate ie claiming consultation will be cheaper then it actually is even at the point of paying the bill. Reception staff also seem to place you with the more expensive psychologists and despite claims otherwise, no discount is offered for students or healthcare card holders. Psychologist themselves are okay but not great, mine was slightly dismissive of key issues and failed to listen when informed an activity was a trigger, instead choosing to power on through.
